Solace Wear stocks locally here in South Africa — your order ships from home, not from overseas.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a further update once it ships.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery takes 8–10 business days from dispatch. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for each item. We know that's a wait — we'd rather tell you upfront than promise a date we can't keep.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on orders over R700. Shipping costs for orders under R700 are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Taxes

All applicable VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. You should not be charged any additional fees on delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at solacewear@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
